We have been successful in our bid to be included in the Tesco Bags of Help scheme. Our application is for some training boats for youngsters – moulded small single handers, which will be used by the Family and Improver group.
As a minimum we will get £1000, which will go almost all the way to getting one boat, but if we are the most popular cause we will get £4000 – thats three new boats, which would be great for the club and give more local youngsters the chance to try sailing.
