Alex Jackson crewed by Fran Gifford finished third overall in a very competitive fleet of Merlin’s at Starcross SC on the river Exe at the weekend. Alex and Fran narrowly beat fellow Shoreham SC member Alex Warren on count-back – crewing for local boy Olly Turner.
