Kingston beach exclusion zone

We received a phone call from the Assistant Harbour Master saying  that on Sunday (high tide) some sailing boats
(probably from our slipway) were  reported to be sailing very close the shore off Kingston Beach in the Eastern Harbour Arm.
Apparently these are bathing waters but are not marked with any yellow buoys.

This issue arose after the harbour patrol censured some jets skis for excess speed in the harbour (and passing close too the beach).
The families of the jet ski driver on the beach then pointed out that some sailing boats were infringing this rule !!!

In order to help keep the bathers safe from all craft the AHM has asked us pass this reminder on to all sailing boats to keep
to the deep water off Kingston Beach (especially at high tide.)
